Test checkout

Checkout here is a test. It runs the same steps a real payment would, then gives the money straight back.

#What happens

1. 1Your browser formats the card fields. The card number is never sent to our server.
2. 2The server recomputes the total from the config rates.
3. 3A test charge is captured and the booking moves to Test charge.
4. 4The charge is refunded and the booking moves to Refunded.
5. 5You land on the success page with the booking reference.
