End of term
What happens to the machine, your access, and your files when a booking ends.
When the term ends
- 1Your SSH keys stop working on that Mac within a minute. They stay in your account for the next booking.
- 2The disk is erased.
- 3The Mac goes back on the pricing card for the next booking.
Keep working
There is no automatic renewal. To keep going, book another term for the same config before the current one ends. Say so in the notes field and the operator will try to keep you on the same machine.
Cancel early
Email the desk with your booking reference. The machine is erased the same way as at the end of a term.
